___POOL SERVICE AGREEMENT

Below is a description of the 4 service plans we offer, as well as a description of *specialty chemicals which are not included in the price of weekly service.

CHEMICAL ONLY SERVICE:
$12.25 per week ($49 every 4 weeks)
Water tested, chemicals added.  Startup and check equipment.

Service slip left.          Storm cleanup additional: $10/half hour
Customer responsibility includes:
Weekly: brush tile, steps, benches, walls, empty baskets, backwash filter & net pool.

CHEMICAL PLUS SERVICE
$16.00/WEEK ($64 every 4 weeks)
Water tested, chemicals added.  Startup and check equipment.
(Chlorine tabs & PH chemicals  included, *specialty chemicals extra)
Pump & skimmer baskets are emptied weekly
Filter is backwashed as needed (does not apply to cartridge filters, which can’t be backwashed)
Service slip left.          Storm cleanup additional: $10/half hour
Customer responsibility includes:
Weekly brushing of the tile, steps, benches, walls and netting of pool.

BASIC SERVICE: $79/mo
Water tested, chemicals added.  Startup and check equipment.
(Chlorine tabs & PH chemicals included, *specialty chemicals extra)
Steps, benches, walls and tile line are brushed weekly
Pump and skimmer baskets are emptied weekly, as well as leaf canisters/bags
Filter is backwashed as needed (does not apply to cartridge filters, which can’t be backwashed)
Service slip left        Storm cleanup additional: $10/half hour
Customer responsibility includes:
Weekly netting of pool.

FULL SERVICE: Spool: $80, Playpool: $94, Diving pool: $104
Water tested, chemicals added.  Startup and check equipment.
(Chlorine tabs & PH chemicals included, *specialty chemicals extra)
Walls, steps, benches and water tile line of pool are carefully brushed
Surface completely netted and debris netted from pool bottom
Skimmer and pump baskets, and leaf canisters/bags are emptied weekly
Filter is backwashed as needed (does not apply to cartridge filters, which can’t be backwashed)
Service slip left        Storm cleanup additional: $10/half hour

*Specialty chemicals are not included in the price of monthly service; this allows us to keep our monthly service rates low.  Specialty chemicals include chlorine shock, stabilizer, algaecides, phosphate remover, etc…and will be used ONLY ‘as needed’.  We will note the date and quantity used on your monthly bill.  If a pattern of extra chemical use develops, you will be contacted and we will discuss the situation.

This is not a contract; you may cancel service at any time.  This agreement is a clarification of our company services and policies.

Customer agrees to approve up to $25/month in additional chemicals & or parts charges if they are determined to be necessary for proper management of the pool.  Minor parts may include the replacement of damaged skimmer basket, pump basket, autofill float, pump O-ring, filter bleed off valve, etc... Timely replacement of these parts can prevent costly damage to pool equipment & the pool turning green if water is not treated quickly.  Any chemicals or parts needed over $25 we will call for authorization.  Customer agrees to pay for services provided in a timely manner.
